Professional Services Organisation in Oslo

With their recent relocation in Oslo, a major professional services organisation sought a workspace that could better support modern ways of working. Norwegian architecture studio Zinc led the transformation, creating an activity-based environment for privacy, focused work, and meaningful collaboration.

BLOX Banquette Seating with Bank Sofas and Bank Tables

Where function meets aesthetics

Designed to support hybrid work, the new office blends assigned workstations with project spaces, meeting rooms, and open social areas. In one of the flexible zones, Zinc selected a BLOX Banquette Seating configuration, paired with Bank Sofas and Bank Tables.

“For this project, we were looking for a booth solution that combined functionality with aesthetics and allowed for the integration of plants. With its rounded forms and flexible choice of materials, BLOX offers a harmonious expression that fits perfectly in this area.”

Bringing the Design to Life

Our in-house design team worked alongside Zinc to shape the final BLOX configuration. Early technical drawings and 3D studies helped us test proportions, materials, and integrated planters, ensuring the seating blended naturally with the biophilic and material palette of the space.

The BLOX Banquette Seating configuration, along with the Bank Sofas and Tables, creates an inviting zone that encourage everything from collaboration to focus, and informal interaction—seamlessly integrating into Zinc’s vision for a balanced, activity-based office.
