When an engineering technology company relocated to a 50,000 sq ft office in Guildford, they turned to SPACE – SIMUL Group to design and deliver a workspace with a natural, timeless aesthetic that will inspire collaboration, support growth, and stand the test of time.

Employees and visitors alike are greeted with a striking first impression in the building’s Atrium, where our Ekko Modular Sofa, Nam Nam 4 Leg High Back Barstools, and Bank Tables come together to create a welcoming and dynamic space.

The setting is positioned in front of a large AV wall, designed for meetings and company gatherings. Setting the tone for the rest of the workplace, this area blends comfort with contemporary office design.

Designed to support 250 employees, the office prioritises inclusivity, collaboration, and flexibility. Sustainable, durable materials and energy-efficient systems are integrated throughout, while a sophisticated AV strategy ensures seamless communication across the entire workspace. Together, these elements create a modern environment that meets business needs responsibly and efficiently.

Natural materials like wood and stone are used throughout the office to create a warm, grounded atmosphere. Our Katla Chair—with its natural oak and dark green leather upholstery—was a perfect match for this aesthetic. Selected for multiple areas across the workspace, it reinforces the earthy, timeless design language that defines the interior.
